Danielle Cipolletti (Scottsdale H.S./Scottsdale, Ariz.) recorded her team-leading seventh "double double" of the season, but it was not enough as Goldey-Beacom College (10-11, 4-7) dropped a three-set Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference verdict against Wilmington University (11-11, 7-2) at the WU Athletics Complex on Tuesday evening.
The Wildcats, who won their fifth consecutive match, earned the victory by set scores of 25-12, 25-14 and 25-15.
The CACC leader in asists, Cipolletti tallied 29 assists and 12 digs for the Lightning in the loss while senior outside hitter
Kadi McCoy (Dallastown H.S./Dallastown, Pa.) posted a match-high 12 kills with five digs. Junior middle hitter
Innocent Early (Eastside H.S./Newark, N.J.) contributed 10 kills for the Lightning, who had their two-match win streak snapped.

Kaitlin DiGiacinto (Old Mill H.S./Glen Burnie, Md.) led the Wildcats to the victory by recording nine kills with 11 digs while sophomore outside hitter
Allison Briley (Gateway H.S./Monroeville, Pa.) added eight kills.
