Justice, Orth Claim Pair of Top 10 Finishes for Lightning

GWYNEDD MERCY, Pa.
- Senior Felicia Justice (Clearfield H.S./West Point, Utah) and freshman Valarie Orth (Schalick H.S./Pittsgrove, N.J.) each recorded a pair of top 10 finishes as members of the Goldey-Beacom College cross country teams competed at the fourth annual Gwynedd-Mercy College Midweek Twilight Invitational at the GMC Athletic Complex on Wednesday afternoon.

Justice finished in eighth place in the 200-meter dash with a time of 28.37 seconds and had a ninth place effort in the 800-meter run by completing the event in 2 minutes, 37.05 seconds.

Meanwhile, Orth claimed third place in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 17.85 seconds in addition to her seventh place performance in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:07.41.

Freshman Leshae Lee (Joppatowne H.S./Edgewood, Md.) earned 13th place in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:13.79 before posting a time of 31.61 seconds in the 200-meter dash to claim 20th place.

Freshman Sarah Grzybowski (Concord H.S./Wilmington, Del.) finished in 16th place in the 800-meter run by posting a time of 2:58.57.

Junior Stewart Reich (Gov. Thomas Johnson H.S./Frederick, Md.) led the Lightning men's contingent by posting a fourth place effort in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:58.31.
