Symone Stewart, the Lightning women's cross country team competed at the Osprey Open hosted by Richard Stockton College on Sunday afternoon.
Stewart led a trio of Goldey-Beacom runners in the 100-meter dash by placing sixth in the event with a time of 14.86 seconds. Sophomore

Alyssa Murray followed in seventh and eighth places, respectively.
Frisby earned sixth place in the 200-meter dash with a time of 30.01 seconds while Murray was ninth in the event, finishing the event in 30.75 seconds. Meanwhile, Stewart turned in a 15th-place finish in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:50.74.
The Lightning also finished third in the 4x100-meter relay by finishing the event in 58.17 seconds.
