WILMINGTON, Del.

Currently 3-15 overall, the Deacons will bring a 2-14 CACC record into Saturday's match against the Lightning after dropping a three-set verdict against the University of the Sciences last Saturday afternoon. It marked the Deacons' seventh loss in their last eight matches.

Senior outside hitter/middle hitter Da'Cheray Thomas (Science Park H.S./Newark, N.J.) led the Deacons in Saturday's loss with a team-high 10 kills while sophomore setter/right side Karol Oliveros (Science Park H.S./Newark, N.J.) contributed 14 assists while adding six kills and five digs.
