PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – After being limited to just three goals in the last three matches, Chestnut Hill College (4-6-1, 2-3-0) exploded for a season-high five goals, including four goals in the second half, to snap a three-match losing streak with a 5-0 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference victory over Goldey-Beacom College (2-7-0, 0-6-0) at the Griffins' Victory Field #1 on Monday evening.

Channing Couillard (Fletcher H.S./Jacksonville, Fla.) scored on a header shot after a throw in by senior defender
Anthony O'Connor (Cardinal Dougherty H.S./Philadelphia, Pa.).
Leading by a 1-0 margin, the Griffins' offense took over in the second half by scoring four times. Junior midfielder

Darius Gbunblee (Father Judge H.S./Philadelphia, Pa.).
With 26:58 left in the second half, sophomore forward
Patrick Steger (La Plata H.S./La Plata, Md.) extended the margin to 3-0 when he converted a penalty kick past senior goalkeeper
Ignacio Farias (Maracay, Venezuela).
Just under three minutes later, the Griffins added an insurance goal when junior forward
Robert Stocklin (Paul VI H.S./Mount Laurel, N.J.) tallied an unassisted marker to give Chestnut Hill a 4-0 cushion.
With 2:52 remaining, junior midfielder
Georges Beyiha (Yaounde, Cameroon) increased the margin to 5-0 with an unassisted goal off a restart.
Making his second start of the season, senior goalkeeper
Michael Goldstein (Pennsauken H.S./Pennsauken, N.J.) made two saves to earn his first win of the season as the Griffins outshot Goldey-Beacom by a 23-11 margin.
Farias made two saves in a losing effort for the Lightning in 66 minutes while junior goalkeeper
