PHILADELPHIA – The Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference women's tennis team championship and individual tournament have been postponed due to rain, it was announced by the conference this morning.

No. 2 Goldey-Beacom College and No. 1 Concordia College will face off tomorrow, indoors at the Magarity Tennis Club (825 Bethlehem Pike, PA 19031) at 1:30 p.m in the championship match. The winner earns a berth in the NCAA Tournament this Spring.

The individual tournament, which was supposed to be played this weekend at Chestnut Hill College, has been postponed as well. According to CACC Commissioner Daniel B. Mara, the Officers of the Directors Council will hold a conference call to discuss hosting the event next Friday and Saturday. An announcement will be made Monday regarding the individual event.
