Wilmington, DE – Lightning Volleyball improve to 2-0 in the CACC, with a sweep of Chestnut Hill College

The Lightning Volleyball team took on Chestnut Hill in their second CACC match-up of the season.  The Lightning, looking to extend their conference-winning streak to two games, took the court and dominated from the beginning.  The Lightning defeated Chestnut Hill College with a 3-0 sweep.  With tonight's win, the team move to 5-2 overall, and 2-0 in the CACC.

Lightning freshman, and current CACC Rookie of the Week, Roni Shaner led the Lightning with 26 set assists and 4 service aces.  Kellyn Nolan took control from the hitting lines with 11 kills, while Chalea Johnson added 9 kills. 

The Lightning will next face off against West Chester University tomorrow at 7:00pm.
