New York, NY – Women's Cross Country has good times at Hunter

The Lightning women's cross-country team traveled to New York for their third meet of the season.  Leading the Lightning in the 5k race was senior Thesalie Miller with a time of 26.12 (22^nd place) and sophomore Brittney Murray with a time of 27.17 (29^th place).  Marie Fountain and Myishea Hales finished with good times as well.  Nitasia Dupree improved on her personal best with a 34.20 run.  The Lightning finished in 7^th place overall. 

The Lady Lightning will race at Belmont Plateau in Philadelphia, PA at the Philly Metro meet on Saturday, September 20^th at 1:00pm
