Wilmington, DE – The Devils from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia traveled to play the Lightning of Goldey-Beacom College. 

The Lightning were defeated in all three of their doubles match with the closest score being 6-8 in #1 doubles.  The Lightning also had a tough time in the singles match ups against the Devils.  The Devils took all but one match from the day.  #1 Singles belonged to Freshman Luisiana Souto from Goldey-Beacom.  She defeated Amanda Bedway (USP) 6-2; 6-1.  The Devils defeated the Lightning unfortunately 8-1 pushing the Lightning to 1-2 overall and in conference play.
