Virginia Beach, VA – Jessica Kaszeta leads Lightning into 7^th place

The Lady Lightning were led in the Virginia Wesleyan Invitational by Senior Jessica Kaszeta in the season opener for the women's cross country team.  Kaszeta boasted a time of 22:38 in the 5k run.  That time was good for 23^rd place for the Senior. 

Freshman Jacqui Nisbett showed her cross country career with a good show at the meet with a time of 25:53 and the 39^th place finish.
