Wilmington, DE – Lightning fall to the University of the District of Columbia 2-1

With no one able to score in the first half of the non-conference showdown it was anyone's game.  The Lightning were the first to score in the second half.  The goal came from Senior John Beaucejour at 63:39 into the game.  Unfortunately shortly after the Lightning's goal UDC scored twice within 15 minutes.  Junior Garrett Shuler racked up seven saves for the game.
