As a Senior in 2022-2023: Competed in two meets this season... Competed in two track events... Was part of the 4x100m team that placed seventh at the 40th Millersville Metrics (3/31/2023) and fifth at the CACC Championships (5/6/2023).

As a Junior in 2021-2022: Competed in four meets this season... Was team captain for the 2022 season... Competed in four track events...  Notched a first place finish and best time of 13.32 in 100m at Lloyd Sigler Meet (3/5/22)... Closed King's College Invitational with a first place team finish in 4x100m and fifth place team finish in 4x400m (3/19/22)... Was part of the 4x100m team who place third at West Chester Invitational (4/9/22)... Named CACC Track Athlete of the Week (3/8/22).

As a Sophomore in 2020-21: Competed in six meets this season... Was team captain for the 2021 season... Competed in three different running events... Recorded season bests after taking second place in the 100m with a time of 12.70 and third place in the 200m with a time of 25.91 at the 2021 CACC Championship (5/16/21) … Was part of the 4 x 400m relay team that placed fifth at the 2021 CACC Championship... Cook received Women's Track & Field Most Valuable Player of the Year to go along with a career best five second-place finishes. 

As a Freshman in 2019: Competed in four meets… Competed in four different running events… Took 3rd place in the 100m with a time of 13.05 at the Golden Ram Invitational (3-23-19)… She was also apart of the 4x100 relay team that took second at the Golden Ram Invitational (3-23-19)… Placed 6th in the 200 meter for her best time of 26.16 at the 37th Millersville Metrics (4-6-19).

Notes: Majoring in Business Administration… Individual high school accomplishments include making the All-Star Team and having Academic Honors all four years… Was a three sport athlete in high school participating in Track and Field, Soccer and Basketball… Hobbies include singing and reading… Favorite pro athlete is LeBron James… Enjoys watching Criminal Minds… Favorite actor is Denzel Washington… Enjoys listening to music by Beyonce… Daughter to William and Kesha Cook… Born in Salisbury, Maryland.
