As a Freshman in 2017-18: Amassed a 12-6 singles mark, including 10-5 at first singles, and a 16-6 doubles record that included 13-5 at No. 1 doubles to close fourth in the ITA East Region… Named the CACC Tournament’s Most Outstanding Player and second team all-conference… Advanced to the last 16 of the ITA East Regional… Held a 6-4, 2-1 lead at first singles over reigning CACC Player and Rookie of the Year Karla Miletic of USciences in the CACC semifinals before GBC clinched the winning point (10/20)… Upended regionally ranked Begona Gomar of Wilmington 7-5, 6-2 at first singles in the CACC final (10/21)… Notched a 6-2, 2-6, 7-6 (7-5) win at first singles over Reehan Rashad to help secure Goldey-Beacom’s big 5-4 win over Queens (NY), ranked second in the East Region (4/6)… Teamed with Catarina Zheng to reach the ITA East Region semifinals and win both matches at first doubles at the CACC Tournament… The duo also won their first seven matches of the season… Recorded a massive 9-8 victory at first doubles over Queens (NY) as part of Goldey-Beacom’s huge 5-4 victory over the second-ranked team in the region.
