Jay Reed

Jay Reed is in his second season as an assistant coach for Goldey-Beacom's women's basketball team.

Prior to joining Coach Bethann Burke's staff, Reed spent five years as an assistant coach for the Williamstown High School girls' basketball team. During his tenure, the team won three conference titles and in 2013 played in the South Jersey Group IV final.

From 2003-08, Reed was the girls' basketball coach at St. Joseph High School in Hammonton, NJ after serving as an assistant girls' basketball coach at Sacred Heart High School in Vineland, NJ.

In addition to his coaching career, Reed has worked an an information technology specialist in the federal government for over 33 years.

Reed resides in Williamstown, NJ with his wife, Marian, and two daughters, Amber and Jalen.
