Camden Boehner

Camden Boehner is in her second season as an assistant women’s basketball coach for Goldey-Beacom.
 
Boehner arrives after playing at West Chester three seasons from 2015-18.  The two-time captain was named first team All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference in 2018, was a member of the school’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee for two years and was named to the “So You Want to Be a Coach” list by the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association.
 
Boehner in 2015-16 helped the Golden Rams win the PSAC East Division and in 2017-18 record a 23-6 mark.  In both seasons, West Chester earned an at-large bid into the NCAA Tournament.
 
Prior to her arrival, the Gettysburg, PA native played her initial campaign at Bloomsburg and was named the PSAC East Freshman of the Year in addition to being tabbed the PSAC East Freshman of the Week six times.
 
Boehner also was an AAU assistant coach for the York Thunder from 2014-17.  She assisted in practice and game preparation, developed on-court skill development and mentored players in a variety of ways.
 
She also was a camp counselor for Nike Basketball in the summer of 2015, participated in the Gettysburg Elementary School Basketball Camp from 2013-16 and was involved with the West Chester Adapted PE Program from 2015-18.
 
Boehner graduated West Chester University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and minors in Nutrition and Athletic Coaching.  She made the University’s Dean’s List in the fall of 2017.
