As a Junior in 2023-2024: Competed in five meets this season…Competed in three track events…Had a best time of 36:20.55 in the 10,000m at the Paul Donahue Invitational at Widener University (4/19/24)...Saw a best time of 17:37.39 in the 5000m at the Bill Butler Invitational (4/13/24)...Had a best time of 9:50.07 in the 300m at the Stockton Invite (3/22/24).
As a Sophomore in 2022-2023: Competed in six meets this season... Competed in three track events... Opened the season with a third place finish in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 11:10.55 at the WCU Purple & Gold Invitational (3/25/2023)... Saw a best time of 17:38.28 in the 5000m at the WCU Golden Ram Invitational to place 11th (4/8/2023)... Recorded a best time of 10:40.41 in the steeplechase at the 2023 Widener Invite (4/21/2023)... Closed the CACC Championship with a fifth place finish in the 3000m steeplechase (5/6/2023).
As a Freshman in 2021-2022: Competed in six meets this season... Competed in four track events... Saw best time of 2:17.92 in 800m at Lloyd Sigler Meet (3/5/22)... Notched second place and a best time of 11:20.78 in 3000m steeplechase at West Chester Invitational (4/9/22)... Recorded best time of 4:30.62 in 1500m at Morgan State Meet (4/23/22).
