Justin Dussault joined head coach Chuck Hammond's staff for the 2007-08 season after serving as an assistant coach at the basketball prep powerhouse, The Tilton School. 

Dussault serves as the recruiting coordinator and is responsible for assisting with the development of the team's guards.  The former University of North Florida star also works many prestigious summer camps such as the Eastern Invitational Basketball Camp.

At the Tilton School he was responsible for the recruitment of prospective student-athletes, including three eventual Division I prospects.  Prior to The Tilton School, Dussault was the Head Varsity Coach at High Point High School in Beltsville, Md. 

“Justin has a bright future in this business.  He works extremely hard with recruiting and has made some really great contacts.  With his playing experience and work ethic, Justin is a great addition to our staff,” Hammond said.

Dussault also began his new role in the GBC Athletic Department as Assistant Director of Athletics for Facilities in September, 2011.
