At Goldey-Beacom: Second-year team member…looking to improve on an impressive 2009 rookie season.

2010 Season: Competed in seven meets during the season...placed 49th at the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Championships with a time of 33:41 as the Lightning's fifth scoring runner...placed as high as 15th in the Dukes Invitational (9/11) and ran a personal record of 30:16 at the Salisbury University Invitational (10/2)...earned Academic Excellence Award, Athletic Directors Association Academic Achievement Award, Jane E. DeGrange Award and the Frank Aiello Sportsmanship Award....Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Fall All-Academic Team honoree.

2009 Season: Competed in seven meets during the season…placed 55^th at the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Championships with a time of 35:47…placed as high as 28^th in the GBC Classic (10/3) with a time of 35:05 on the challenging Carousel Park course…earned the Team’s Coaches’ Award, Academic Excellence Award, JP Morgan/Chase Scholarship, and the Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges Award…Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Fall All-Academic Team honoree.

High School: Honor student at Kent Island High.

Personal: Trevor “Good Burger” Freburger…chose to attend GBC for its academic program and the small class sizes…chose Division II athletics so he can balance his classes with his athletic activities…enjoys running, music and cars…engaged to Liz Williams of the Lightning women’s cross country team…describes himself as “humorous.”
