As a Senior in 2023-2024: Competed in six meets this season…Competed in four track events…Placed first in the 3000m steeplechase with 10:54.75 at WCU Tune up (4/26/24)...Ran a best time of 9:45.69 in the 3000m at the Stockton Invite (3/22/24)...Finished eighth at the CACC Championships in the 10,000m with 34:48.71 (5/4/24).

As a Junior in 2022-2023: Competed in six meets this season... Competed in four track events... Recorded seven top ten finishes... Clinched second place in the 3000m steeplechase at the WCU Purple & Gold Invitational with a time of 11:05.11 and ran 17:18.77 in the 5000m to finish third (3/25/2023)... Notched second place and a best time of 10:49.03 in the 3000m steeplechase at the Delaware Invitational (4/28/2023)... Saw a fifth place finish in the 10,000m at the 40th Millersville Metrics with a best time of 34:47.09 (3/31/2023)... Saw a best time of 16:37.55 in the 5000m to place seventh at the WCU Golden Ram Invitational (4/8/2023).

As a Sophomore in 2021-2022: Competed in all seven meets this season... Competed in four track events... Saw two best finishes at King's College Invitational in 800m with 2:16.13 and 1500m with 4:30.47 (3/19/22)... Notched best time of 4:39.57 in 1500m at West Chester Invitational (4/9/22)... Recorded best time of 35:11.36 in 10,000m at CACC Championships to place seventh (5/8/22). 

As a Freshman in 2020-2021: Competed in six meets this season ... Competed in five track events … Recorded best time in the 800m with a time of 2:27.78 at the Millersville Little Meet (3/27/21) … Had a solid showing at the East Stroudsburg University Meet with a time of 16:49.79 seventh place finish in the 5000m and a time of 9:57.87 eighth place finish in the 3000m race … Finished with a time of 4:35.27 in the 1500m at the Paul Kaiser Classic Meet (4/24/21) 

Notes: Majoring in Comprehensive Business… High School cross country team went undefeated for two years… Individual high school accomplishments include being Conference Champions in the 3200m and 1600m… Looks to become a Physical Therapist… Steve Prefontaine is the person he admires most...
