Three for Cross Country Named to the CACC Weekly Honor Roll

Goldey-Beacom this week got junior John Ferry (Rising Sun, MD), senior Kosiani Dunkley (Saint Catherine, Jamaica) and senior Haley Schofield (Wilmington, DE) all named to the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Cross Country Weekly Honor Roll.

Ferry was victorious Friday at the Herb Lorenz Invitational, running the six-kilometer course in 19:30.00, and Dunkley ended second in 19:52.5. Schofield closed the women's race ninth in 21:35.80.

It was Ferry's second collegiate victory and came one week after ending sixth at the WCU Season Opener. Dunkley recorded his second top-10 finish of the young season and Schofield notched her first.

The men's squad ended second with 32 points, just behind the 30 points of first-place TCNJ.

Goldey-Beacom this Friday will be at the Delaware Invitational in Newark.
