(2024-25 schedule)

Goldey-Beacom aims for yet another standout campaign against what always is challenging opposition as the 2024-25 schedule was announced.

The team plays its season opener November 8 against D'Youville before remaining at home the next day vs. the District of Columbia.  Its three-game homestand to start the season ends with a November 13 contest against Millersville.

GBC begins play in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference on December 3 at reigning league champion Jefferson before hosting Wilmington (DE) four days later.  December play ends with a home game on the 22nd vs. Adelphi.

CACC play resumes January 4 at home against North Division champion Bloomfield before GBC hosts Dominican (NY) on the 11th in a rematch of last year's conference quarterfinal.  A home game January 25 against Bridgeport precedes GBC ending the month three days later at Holy Family.

The rematch against Jefferson is February 5 in Pike Creek.  GBC steps out of conference to host Saint Thomas Aquinas on February 26 before ending the regular season three days later at Wilmington.

The top four teams in each of the two divisions go to the CACC Tournament.  The quarterfinals are March 4 with championship weekend being held March 8-9 in Philadelphia.

A dominant scorer back in the fold in junior forward Zayon Marsh (Maplewood, NJ), an all-everything competitor who last season was named first team All-CACC after being picked second team in 2023.  One who always is a force when the ball is in his hands thanks to his low-post tenacity, Marsh enters this season 13th in school history with 981 career points, fifth with 249 free throws, fifth with 66 blocks, sixth with 500 rebounds and ninth with 357 field goals.

A player key to the team's success is sophomore Zakari McQueen (Petersburg, VA), an explosive competitor who is one of Goldey-Beacom's most consistent performers.  Looking to provide even more offense, McQueen last season was third in the CACC with a .463 three-point percentage and fourth on the team with 37 three-pointers.

Cardin Joubert (Naples, FL) brings plenty of experience and solid play into his senior campaign.  Seeking to be an even better player than he already is, Joubert competed in 21 games a season ago with five starts.

Goldey-Beacom (15-14, 10-6 CACC) last season played in the CACC Tournament for the sixth time in the team's last seven competitive seasons.
