Goldey-Beacom continued to show fine form with the men's side placing first and the women ending second at the Dan Talbot Open in Media, PA.

The men's side, which finished 26 points ahead of second place, saw four place in the top 10 in the eight-kilometer race. Senior Zach Landvik-Larsen (Stroudsburg, PA) saw his best finish of the season, placing second in a time of 28:48.88.

Freshman John Ferry (Rising Sun, MD) continues to prove to be one of the top runners running a time of 29:23.62 to place fifth. Senior Kyle Scherer (Wilmington, DE) finished less than a second later in seventh place with a time of 30:03.73.

Juniors Micah White (Plainfield, NJ) and Yusef Shakur (Townsend, DE) placed ninth and 12th, respectively, with times of 30:50.73 and 31:34.55. Senior Chris Crossen (Magnolia, DE) was 14th, running a time of 32:21.16, and junior Tymir Ash-Shaheed (Middletown, DE) rounded up the team with a time of 34:04.16 to place 23.

The women's team had its own success in the six-kilometer race, placing 10 points ahead of Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference competitor Chestnut Hill.
