Goldey-Beacom Men's & Women's Cross Country competed in the 2021 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Championships on Sunday in Philadelphia, PA.
As a team, the men finished with a score of 110 to take fourth place.
Sophomore Zach Landvik-Larsen (Stroudsburg, Pa.) led the charge, capturing seventh place in 28:17.6. Junior Peter Woelfl (Heilbronn, Germany) placed 16th in 29:02.5.
Sophomore Chris Crossen (Magnolia, Del.) closed 30th with a time of 30:04.4. Senior Chris Townsend (Voorhees, N.J.) was behind him at 31st place with a time of 30:11.3.
As a team, the women finished with a score of 173 for sixth place, the program's best performance at the CACC Championship since 2003.
Freshman Ny'Jashia Smith (Wilmington, DE) led the way ending 17th with a time of 22:02.4. Freshman Mikayla Cannon (Felton, Del) finished at 22:26.4 for 23rd place.
Freshman Maddie Cool (Wilmington, Del) followed behind, finishing 25th with a time of 22:29.0.
Sophomore Lilly Crone (Felton, Del) was 48th with a completion time of 24:34.3.
Goldey-Beacom awaits the NCAA East Regional seedings as it close this year's regular season.
