Track and Field Did Exceptional at Day Two of the Danny Curran Invitational

Goldey-Beacom Men's and Women's Track and Field Teams competed in day two of the Danny Curran Invitational in Chester, PA. Both teams competed at a high level and did exceptional.

For the men's team, Alex Eaddy (Townsend, Del.) ran an 11.29 in the men's 100-meter dash and placed 17^th. Eaddy also got 9^th place in the men's triple jump with a jump of 13.04 meters.

Khalil Lau-Dickinson (Newark, Del.) ran a 59.64 in the men's 400 hurdles and got 10^th place in the men's 800 meter run with a time of 1:58.55.

Zavea Brooks-Alexander (Wilmington, Del.) competed in the men's 200-meter dash and finished with a time of 23.78 seconds. Brooks-Alexander also competed in the men's 100-meter dash and finished with a time of 11.60 seconds.

For the women's team, Kayla Cook (Hebron, Md.) got 10^th place in the women's 200-meter dash with a time of 26.37 seconds. Cooks also placed 13^th in the women's 400-meter dash with a time of 1:01.36.

Chelsey James (Cherry Hill, N.J.) competed in the women's triple jump and had a jump of 9.47 meters. Asia Hollis (Rising Sun, Md.) competed in the women's 100-meter dash and finished with a time of 13.59 seconds.

Goldey-Beacom Men's and Women's Track and Field teams are back in action on Saturday April 6^th at the Millersville Metrics at 9:30am in Millersville, Pa.
