During his two seasons in Pike Creek, he has been instrumental in the team recording consecutive 20-win seasons and capturing the 2018 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference South Division title.  He has played a big role in recruiting, teaching developmental skills, creating scouting reports, assisting in travel plans, handling all of the video operations and assisting in academic support.

Epstein during his first two years worked as a graduate assistant in the Sports Information Office.  There, he helped with all of the video production, worked many of the Lightning’s home games, wrote many recaps that appeared on the department’s website to a worldwide audience, helped maintain the department’s website, promoted the teams on the social media pages and played a big role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of the office.

He also worked as a video producer and editor in 2016 for Zero Gravity Basketball.  He edited and directed all videos for the website and social media pages as well as designed promotional and highlight videos.  Epstein also was a video coordinator intern for the men’s basketball team at the University of Delaware, also assisting with scouting reports and all film work with the coaches.

Epstein also was the freshman boys’ basketball coach and an Assistant JV/Varsity at St. Mark’s High School.  He helped the squad in teaching advanced fundamentals as well as mental skills to all of the players.

Epstein is a paraprofessional with First State Staffing Solutions.  He teaches students who suffer from ADHD the fundamentals of English, Math and Science.  He primarily works with the Gateway Lab School in Delaware.
