Honored as the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Player of the Year for the second straight season, sophomore Stephanie Puentes Robinson led the Lightning women's tennis team to the CACC semifinals and a 3-1 record in the month of October.
The Lightning's number one singles player, Puentes Robinson posted a perfect 3-0 singles record in October, including a victory against Chestnut Hill in the CACC semifinals. In addition, she extended her singles win streak to seven consecutive matches.
As a doubles player, the Bogota, Colombia native posted a 3-1 record in October.
Through the end of the Fall season, Puentes Robinson has a 15-2 singles record along with an 11-5 doubles mark.
