Garrett Brown and Andre Primeau Named to CACC Men’s Golf Weekly Honor Roll

Goldey-Beacom sophomore Garrett Brown (Severn, MD) and freshman Andre Primeau (Pontypool, ON) each were named to the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Weekly Honor Roll for Men's Golf.

Brown got his first selection of the spring after closing tied for 10th with 152 at the Dr. Edwin B. Cottrell Invitational. He opened things Sunday with 78 and then roared back Monday with 74 to help GBC finish ninth.

Brown, who last spring competed at the NCAA Atlantic/East Regional Championship, is averaging 79.11 over 18 reported rounds and has broken 80 nine times.

Primeau was so honored for the third time this year after finishing tied for 14th with 154. He shot an opening-round 76 on Sunday and then came back with 78 on Monday.

Primeau is averaging 82.3 over 18 reported rounds and has broken 80 five times.

Goldey-Beacom is in action next Tuesday and Wednesday at the CACC Championship in Blue Bell, PA.
