Patrick McRae and Andre Primeau Named to CACC Weekly Honor Roll

Goldey-Beacom notched its first Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference awards for the spring with senior Patrick McRae (Markham, ON) and freshman Andre Primeau (Pontypool, ON) picked for the league's Men's Golf Weekly Honor Roll.

McRae ended tied for 32nd with 166, including an opening-round 81, in Goldey-Beacom's spring opener over the weekend at the St. James Plantation Invitational. McRae is a two-time All-CACC Performer and in 2013 was named the College's Male Athlete of the Year.

Primeau had a strong start to the spring campaign, firing 173 to end tied for 52nd and help the Lightning end 10th.

The squad is back in action Monday when it hosts the GBC Invitational at Deerfield Golf Club in Newark, DE.
