Cindell Aguirre (Cornonado H.S./ El Paso, Tx.) and sophomore forward
Megan Harvis (Delran H.S./ Delran N.J.) were named to the weekly honorable mention team for the week ending Nov, 2., it has been announced by CACC officials.
Aguirre led the Lightning defensively to 2-1 week by tallying 16 saves, seven of which came in a 3-1 win over Holy Family University on Wednesday afternoon. Aguirre made two saves on Friday afternoon in 3-0 win at Dominican College. She leads the CACC in goals against average (0.49) and save percentage (.897).
Harvis lead the Lightning offensively to a 2-1 week versus three CACC opponents. Harvis tallied three shot on goal, and scored two goals against Holy Family University on Wednesday afternoon. Harvis also notched two assists in a 3-0 win at Dominican College on Friday afternoon. With her two assists on Friday, Harvis took over the CACC lead for assists on the season with eight.
