NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Freshman
Jordan Dodson (Perryville H.S./Port Deposit, Md.) of Goldey-Beacom College has been named as the recipient of the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference women's cross country Rookie of the Week award for the week ending Oct. 5, it has been announced by CACC officials.
In leading the Lightning to a fourth place finish at the Goldey-Beacom College Fall Classic on Saturday, Dodson finished in fifth place by crossing the finish line in a time of 21 minutes, 35 seconds.
Led by Dodson, the Lightning will travel to Philadelphia on Saturday, Oct. 11 for the Jack St. Clair Memorial Race at 12:15 p.m.
