WILMINGTON, Del. - Senior guard Jacinda Jones (Concord H.S./Claymont, Del.) of the Goldey-Beacom College women's basketball team was profiled in the Thursday morning edition of the Wilmington News Journal.
A sixth-year senior, Jones has overcome three knee injuries in her basketball career, including two during her time at Goldey-Beacom, to become one of the Lightning's all-time leading scorers and the top three-point field goal shooter in school history.
The article, written by Jonathan Marshall, takes a look at Jones' career and how she has battled back through those injuries.

Opening tip-off is set for 2 p.m. A Goldey-Beacom victory would give the Lightning the first 20-win season in school history.
