NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Senior
Stewart Reich (Gov. Thomas Johnson H.S./Frederick, Md.) of the Goldey-Beacom College men's cross country team has been named as an honor roll selection for the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference weekly awards for the week ending Oct. 13, it has been announced by CACC officials.
It is the fifth time this season Reich, who was selected as the CACC's Runner of the Week on Sept. 30, has been named to the CACC honor roll this season.
Reich, who has been the Lightning's top finisher in all six meets this season, led the Lightning to a first place finish at the College of Staten Island Invitational on Saturday morning. He finished in first place among 95 runners by completing the 5K course in a time of 16 minutes, 38 seconds.
Led by Reich, the Lightning will compete at the Hood College Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 19 at 11 a.m.
