Zedalis Bio

PIKE CREEK, Del. – Athletic Director Chris Morgan announced today that Sports Information Specialist Eric Zedalis has been hired as a full-time employee of the College.

Zedalis will enter his second year as the school's sports information specialist and his first as a full-time employee of the school.  He handles all the daily publicity efforts for the Lightning's 10-sport athletics program and will now also serve as the supervisor of the Academic Resource Center.

In his first year at GBC (2009-10), Zedalis helped the athletic department in having 15 athletes selected All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC), three selected ESPN The Magazine/CoSIDA All-District, one selected National Association of Basketball Coaches All-District and one coach earn a CACC Coach of the Year award. 

“Eric's performance last year was outstanding,” Morgan said. “And with his new position, he will continue to serve the Athletic Department, while assisting with the academic efforts of our entire student body. We are very fortunate to have Eric Zedalis at GBC.”
