PIKE CREEK, Del. – Goldey-Beacom College fifth-year softball head coach Jerry Grasso will be running the third and final softball clinic this Winter on Feb. 14 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Joseph West Jones Center on the GBC campus.
The cost is $25 which includes a t-shirt, a written evaluation on hitting skills, an on-site trainer, speed and strength development training, a snack as well as other skill-developing drills led by Grasso and two assistant coaches. The clinic is for girls ages 9-16.
Grasso has over 22 years of softball coaching experience at various levels. Since 1986, he has served as an active softball clinician and softball camp counselor throughout the eastern seaboard. He has also been a steadfast member of the National Fastpitch Coaches Association since its inauguration in 1996, and he currently serves on the Delaware ASA Softball Council as Hall of Fame Chairman. In addition, he is also on the Midway Little League Board of Directors.
